- 20g ground adzuki [a mixture of medium fine + coarse]
- 20g lukewarm water [½ rosewater - ½ water]
- 4g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2g papaya oil
Prime your face and neck with a warm damp flannel Apply the mix and leave to dry for 30 - 45mins or until you find it difficult to smile Massage the face in a circular motion to help exfoliate and increase the blood circulation. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry. Enjoy

The adzuki [azuki/aduki] bean is a small highly nutritious legume. It is a source of folic acid which helps to increase melanin. Melanin is a natural hair/skin colouring (pigmentation). I prefer cooking with this as it has a dense texture compared to kidney beans.
My love of this legume has taken me on more than a 3yr journey to directly source the ground bean. This came about when I made an adzuki soap under our Cioccolatina brand and took forever to grind the bean.
