Q: Why is Ghanaian cocoa different from others?
A: The key stage of producing such wonderful aroma in Ghanaian cocoa is the fermentation. The beans are fermented in small quantities for at least 6 days during which time they are turned.

Dark chocolate [60% cocoa]  - suitable for vegans: Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier)..

Milk chocolate [50% cocoa] : Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Cocoa Liquor, Powdered Milk, Vanilla Flavouring.


Cold temperature can affect the texture of this chocolate due to the high content of natural cocoa butter

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS DARK CHOCOLATE

Tastes unlike any chocolate I've ever eaten before, it's not too sweet as they usually are, and you can taste the quality.
Gorgeous packaging too, could easily give as a beautiful gift.
