Our BTMS can be used for conditioning bars.

This is not BTMS-50 [Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Cetyl Alcohol and Butylene Glycol] nor BTMS-25 [Cetearyl Alcohol and Behentrimonium Chloride].

BTMS is a gentle conditioning emulsifier (binds water and oil). Without an emulsifier, oil will not bind to water. BTMS is white pastilles added to your oil phase. It has a very characteristic scent which does not carry through in the end product.
pH - 6.0 - 7.0
